Returns & Exchanges Policy

At TWRL Theory, each piece is thoughtfully curated in limited quantities, and many of our collections are produced in small batches. Because of this, we operate with a carefully considered return policy to help reduce waste and preserve inventory availability.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Final Sale Items

Due to the limited nature of our inventory, all items are considered final sale unless otherwise stated. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, or styling preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit.

To be eligible for assistance, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

After 10 days, we may be unable to process any claims.

Condition Requirements

Any approved return or exchange must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for resolution.

Processing of Approved Claims

Once your claim is approved, we will issue either a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit for the value of the item. We do not offer cash refunds.
