At TWRL Theory, many of our pieces are thoughtfully sourced in small batches and offered as pre-order to reduce overproduction and keep our collections intentional.

Order Processing

In-stock items are typically processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Pre-order items are processed once inventory arrives to us. Estimated ship windows will be noted on each product page.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, please note:

• Pre-order pieces typically ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on the vendor and production timeline
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to supplier delays
• Once your item arrives to us, your order will be shipped promptly

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, TWRL Theory is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
